Hi everyone I hope you are all having an amazing day and are staying safe. I always take part in the Mid Year Freak Out Tag but never take part in an End of the Year Tag but when I saw Sofii at A Book. A Thought. complete the tag I figured why not give it a go.
Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?
The Lost Book of White by Cassamdra Clare. I feel like I have been reading this book for ages and not because I’m not enjoying it but I just happened to pick it up when work became 10 times busier and I have had almost no time to read. But I am hoping to have it finished before we hit 2022.
Do you have an autumnal (Spring) book to transition into the end of the year?
I don’t really have a transition book other than I tend to read more contemporary in summer and darker books in autumn but this isn’t always the case.
Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?
Surprisingly there weren’t really any December releases that I was particularly excited for.
What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?
I have no change of reading 3 books before the end of the year but if I do somehow managed to find the time I would like to read Spoiler Alert by Olivia Dade, The House in the Cerulean Sea by T.J Klune and The Twelve Dates of Christmas by Jenny Bayliss.
Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favourite of the year?
I feel that The House in the Cerulean Sea by T.J Klune could have a chance of becoming a favourite if I manage to pick it up.
Have you already started making reading plans for 2021?
Usually I start planning out my goals pretty early but I have just had no time this year but have some time off before Christmas and New Year so will hopefully get a change to think about plans then.
Are there any books you are hoping to get to before we hit 2021??
