The Fall Time, Cosy Time Book Tag

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having an amazing day and are all staying safe. I saw this tag over on Meltotheany’s blog and I knew I just had to give it ago. If you aren’t already following Melanie then I highly recommend that you do she is one of the sweetest humans and her blog is amazing.

This tag was created by Sam’s Nonsense over on booktube.

CRUNCHING LEAVES: the world is full of color! Choose a book with red/orange/yellow on the cover.

Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas has such a gorgeous cover that gives off so many autumn vibes.

COZY SWEATER: it’s finally cool enough for warm cozy clothing! What book gives you the warm fuzzies?

The most recent book I read that gave me warm fuzzy feelings was Little Woman by Lousia May Alcott.

FALL STORM: the wind is howling & the rain is pounding. Choose a book that you like to read on a stormy day

From what I have heard so far about Horrid by Katrina Leno it is the perfect book to pick up on a stormy day.

COOL CRISP AIR: makes you breathe freely~ Who’s the coolest character you’d want to trade places with?

I dont think I would want to completely switch lives with any of the book characters I love but I would happily spend a night as Celia just to get the chance to actually go and see the delights of The Night Circus.

HOT APPLE CIDER: warm autumn drink. What underhyped book do you want to see become the next biggest, hottest thing?

The Bronze Rebellion by L.C. Perry is an amazing dystopian series that way too many people seem to sleeping on and I highly recommend that you check it out.

COAT, SCARVES, & MITTENS: the weather has turned cold & it’s time to cover up! What’s a book cover you don’t like?

I have to admit I’m not a massive fan of the cover of The Baalard of Sonbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins.

PUMPKIN SPICE: What’s your favorite fall comfort food?

As someone who is an extremely picky eater and eats the same things regardless of the time of year this is a really tricky question though I will say I do tend to appreciate soup more on a cold autumn day.

I’m not going to tag anyone specific in this as I wasn’t tagged myself but if you want to give this ago then count yourself tagged.

  1. Ohhh the Night Circus is definitely somewhere I would LOVE to go, and hanging out with Celia while there would be so lovely. Man, I really need to read Cemetery Boys, I keep seeing it everywhere and everyone says it is awesome (plus I love the cover). Great post lovely!!
