Are You Ready for Sweater Weather: The Autumn Tag

Hi everyone I hope you are all having an amazing day. I officially start my new job on Monday and I am terrified so in order to take my mind off my nerves I thought I would do a tag. This tag was created by Jenn over at Jenniely and while I haven’t been tagged by anyone I can’t miss the opportunity to take part in such an amazing autumn tag.

Hot Chocolate – What is your comfort book?

I have several depending on the time of year but I’m going to pick my autumn comfort book which is of course The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern.

Pumpkin Carving – What is your favourite creative outlet?

I’m not a very creative person but I’d have to say my bullet journal as I really enjoy creating my spreads and pages.

Falling Leaves – Changes that appear bad but you secretly love?

I’m not the biggest fan of change so this is quiet a hard question but I guess a change that terrifies me in my life just now is no longer being a student and now officially being out there in the adult world however I’m also really excited for this new path in my life and so grateful to be starting my dream job.

Pumpkin Spiced Latte – Something you love that other people judge

I definitely get judged for my music taste especially by my family. Let’s just suni never left my emo stage.

Bonfire Night – what makes you explode with joy?

Without a doubt it’s books, I’m never happier than when I’m curled up in bed losing myself in a book that I love.

Fright Night – Favourite scary book or movie

The Woman in Black is by far my favourite scary movie and I really need to pick up the book.

Halloween candy – Favourite thing to eat

I am addicted to crisps, I would pick them over chocolate any day and space raiders are by far the best.

Scarves – Your autumn ‘must have’ accessory

Blankets all the way, there is nothing better than wrapping yourself up in a soft and warm blanket on a cold autumn day.

Fire – A book or film that burns your soul

There are so many books it’s hard to just pick one so I’m going to go with a movie and that is the live action Beauty and the Beast. I could watch this movie everyday for the rest of my life and never get bored of it.

Toffee apples – a book or film that seems to one thing but really has a different inside

I’m going to go with the Throne of Glass series but I won’t explain why so as not to spoil it for anyone.

  1. Good luck with your new job. I’m sure you’ll smash it!
I very much agree with your views on The Night Circus. It is such a good comfort book, or it certainly was for me a few months ago when I reread it. Thanks for the tag!
