What is one of your favourite book quotes?

If you won a free plane ticket anywhere in the world where would it take you and what is the FIRST thing you’d do there?

I would fly to Thailand and volunteer at an elephant sanctuary.

The Demon Trappers by Jana Oliver.

What celebrity would cause death by fangirling if you got to meet them on the street?


Tom Hiddleston.

What is your favourite 2018 read — so far?

It would be a toss up between Autoboyography by Christina Lauren and The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo Taylor Jenkins Reid.

What is the last band you saw in concert?

The last band I saw in concert was Whitesnake and Def Leppard.

What’s the last book that made you cry?


The last book that made me cry was The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid.

What’s the current most played track on your Spotify/Apple Music/iTunes playlist? No cheating!

My most played track at the moment is High Hopes by Panic! At The Disco as I am obsessed.

If you were going to get a tattoo based off a book what would you get and why?

There are several different tattoos based off of books that I want and one of them is to have the quote “we’re all mad here” from Alice in wonderland tattooed on the side of my foot as it is a quote that has always stuck with me.

What’s your favourite meal? Your go-to dinner if money wasn’t an option.

My favourite meal of all time is sweet and sour chicken balls and fried rice with prawn crackers.

Who’s your fictional crush and who would you cast IRL to play them?

My fictional crush is Jem Carstairs and I suck at fan casting so put in the comments who you think should be cast as Jem.

What’s the last great book you read and would recommend?


The last great book I read and would recommend is The Sisters of the Winter Wood by Rena Rossner. This is a really atmospheric book that is perfect for this time of year, it’s also a book I feel that you will either love or hate.

Who’s your newest favourite fictional character?


Evelyn Hugo from The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid.

What’s your favourite book quote (or quotes)?

If you could have a dinner party with anyone—dead, alive, or fictional—who would you invite?

I would pick Magnus Bane, Evelyn Hugo, Elizabeth bennet and Lord Akeldama.

What’s a fun fact that a lot of people don’t know about you?

I love horror but am a complete scaredy cat.

What’s your biggest pet peeve?

My biggest pet peeve is people not cleaning their hair out of the shower once they have used it.

The last book you DNFed?


The last book I DNFed was Lost Gods by Micah Yongo.

Who’s a new to you author that you really love?

A new to me author that I really love is Anna-Marie McLemore as her writing is so beautiful.

When and where do you love to read most?

I mostly read at night and in my bed.

What’s something you could talk about for hours?

Apart from books probably why autumn is the best season ever as well as the importance of mental health and fighting the stigma around it.

What movie/tv show could you watch over and over and never get tired of?

There are so many but Charmed is definitely one of my top favourites.

  1. I must read Evelyn Hugo soon. I feel like I am one of the last bloggers who hasn’t gotten to it yet. The Sisters of the Winter Wood looks really good. I only just heard about it a couple of weeks ago and am surprised it hasn’t gotten a lot of hype. Yay for Anna-Marie McLemore!
