Hi everyone, I hope you’re all having an amazing day. I was tagged by Melanie from Mel To The Any ages ago and I’m so sorry it’s taken me so long to get to it.
While I’m not a massive fan of video games but I was obsessed with The Sims when I was younger and spent way to much time playing it instead of doing homework like I should have been and Sims Pets was my favourite.
Original Sims – The Best Author Debut
Godblind by Anna Stephens is such amazing book and I can’t believe this is only her debut novel.
The Grim Reaper – The saddest character death
There are so many character deaths that broke my heart but one I will never recover from and will probably come as no surprise is Fred Weasley from the Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling.
Sims Getting Stuck – A character that got in the way
Aspen from The Selection by Keira Cassandra. I’ve only read the first two books in this series but he really annoys me and I just want him to leave America alone already and let her be happy with Maxon.
Simlish – A book with amazing writing
I am a massive fan of lyrical writing and Anne-Marie McLemore’s writing in Wild Beauty is beautiful.
Expansion Packs – A series where the books just keep getting better
The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare is one that definitely improves with every book she writes.
Cheats – A book that’s completely unrealistic
I’m a fantasy lover so most of the books I read are pretty unrealistic.
Need Fulfilment – A character who makes all the wrong decisions
There are a lot of characters that make wrong decisions throughout their books but for some reason no one is coming to my mind, so I’m going to put this question out to all of you ‘which character do you think makes all the wrong decisions.’
Error Code 12 – A series that starts off great but goes downhill from there
For this I’m going to go with Divergent as the last book just did not meet my expectations.
Sims Vortex – A book or series that completely engrossed you
Book of the Ancestor by Mark Lawrence is a brilliant series that had me hooked from the first page and I can’t wait for the third book to come out next year.
