Where do you typically write your blog posts?

Usually I write them lying in bed but occasionally I will write them at my desk.

How long does it generally take you to write a book review?

I can take 2 to 3 hours to write a review sometimes longer and I always redraft them which can sometimes take another half hour or more.

When did you start your book blog?

I started my blog back in November 2016 and haven’t regretted it for a second.

What is the worst thing about having a book blog in your opinion?

The worst thing would probably me how time consuming blogging can be especially when you’re trying to juggle university, placement, family and friends which can get a little overwhelming at times.

What is the best thing about having a book blog in your opinion?

Definitely the community. I don’t have many friends who are readers so I love being able to interact with people who love reading as much as I do and I love having a place where I can Fangirl.

What blog post have you had the most fun writing so far?

I have enjoyed writing most of my blog posts and I don’t have one that stands out as a favourite.

What is your favourite type of blog post to write?

My favourite type of posts to write are tags. I know some people aren’t a fan of them but I love them. You get to find out a lot about a blogger through their tags and I love that they give me the opportunity to Fangirl about books that I may not get to otherwise.

When do you typically write?

I usually write at night as i don’t have anytime to sit down and focus on writing posts during the day.

Do you review every book you read?

No, I try to write a review for most of the books I read or at least write a sentence or two on goodreads about them but sometimes, especially if it is a reread I don’t.

How do you write your book reviews? With a cup of coffee or tea? With Netflix? Cuddled with your fur baby?

I usually write my posts while watching Netflix’s or YouTube videos as i prefer to have something on in the background.

When do you write your book reviews? Right after finishing the book? Two weeks after finishing the book?

I try to write my reviews no more than a week after I’ve finished the book when the details are still fresh in my mind. The longer I leave it the harder they are to write.

How often do you post?

I try to post at least four times a week and like to have my posts scheduled at least a week in advance but sometimes it is less depending on how busy I am with university and placement.
