As a Gryffindor obviously I’m going to pick Godric Gryffindor, but also because it is his sword that Neville uses to kill Nagini and the one that Harry uses to kill the Basilisk.

I won’t say he is my favorite, but I would be most interested in hearing more about Salazar Slytherin. I’d like to know about his upbringing, why he began thinking ill of muggle-borns, how he created the Chamber of Secrets, how he kept it from the other founders, etc…
