Fierce Fangirl Friday

Fierce Fangirl Friday is a meme created by Jackie over at Too Much of a Book Nerd, if you haven’t checked her out yet then you totally should, and is where you get to Fangirl about anything that comes to your mind.

This week I’m going to be Fangirl if about Game of Thrones which just started it’s seventh series on Monday. And it was AMAZING!!!

 

I first read the Song of Ice and Fire books when I was 16 as my best friend own the first two books but didn’t like them so she gave them to me to read and the day I finished the second book I went out a bought the rest of them. I devoured all seven books in just over a month (In the UK the third and fifth are split into two) and completely feel in love with them. That Christmas I got the first four seasons DVD and they quickly become one of my favourite TV shows.

This was such a great opening episode to the series and I can’t wait to see how the story will progress especially as all the big players are finally in Westeros.

Sorry this is so short but I’m writing this at four in the morning so my brain all over the place. I’m working nightshift tonight so trying to stay up as late as possible so I’ll sleep during the day.
